The prices listed on the commission sheet serve as base prices and are subject to change based on the complexity of the artwork. Factors such as design intricacy, accessories, outfits, and poses may contribute to the final commission price.

Completion of the commissioned piece is estimated to take between five (5) to twenty (20) days, dependent on its complexity. External factors such as workloads, academic commitments, and personal matters may also play a role. Rest assured that regular updates will be provided to keep you informed throughout the process.

The commissioned work will be created exclusively in my personal art style.

The final artwork will be sent via the provided email address.

I reserve the right to decline any commission requests.

The commissioned piece is intended for personal use only, and must not be used for commercial purposes. This includes restrictions on reselling or using the commissioned work as merchandise. Additionally, clients are prohibited from altering, tracing, or claiming the commissioned piece as their own work.

For commissions intended for commercial purposes, please contact me to discuss the details. Commercial works are subject to higher rates.

Clients are allowed to use, print, and/or share the commissioned piece on social media platforms; with the condition that they do not claim ownership, and provide proper credit to me as the creator of the commissioned artwork.

I reserve the right to assert ownership of the commissioned piece. Unless otherwise specified, I may include it in my portfolio and share it on my social media accounts. Rest assured, I will acknowledge it as a commissioned work and not as an original or personal creation.

During the sketch phase, a maximum of one (1) major revision and two (2) minor revisions are permitted. Subsequent adjustments will incur a fee of 150 PHP/5 USD per revision.

During the rendering/coloring phase, only two (2) minor revisions are allowed. Additional revisions will be subject to the same rate as mentioned above (i.e., 150 PHP/5 USD per revision).

For the final version of the piece, only one (1) minor revision will be accommodated. Any further adjustments will be charged at a rate of 300 PHP/10 USD per revision.

To ensure a smooth process, clients are encouraged to provide a clear and detailed image references. While working with descriptions alone is feasible, visual references are highly appreciated.

Local clients are kindly requested to make payments via bank transfer or GCash. For international clients, payments will be exclusively accepted through PayPal. Additionally, PayPal will be the designated payment platform for local clients opting to pay in a currency other than the local currency.

Quotations, determined based on the complexity, size, and estimated time for the commission, will remain valid for a period of 7 days from the date of issuance.

Upon approval of the quotation, a downpayment equivalent to 50% of the total commission fee is required to secure a position in the commission queue. Work on the commission will commence only upon settlement of the downpayment. Clients opting to pay the full amount upfront will receive prioritized service.

The final copy of the commission will be sent solely upon settlement of the client's balance.

A refund is permissible only if work on the commission has not yet commenced.

While tipping is not obligatory, it is genuinely appreciated!
